We use your data in a number of ways to support order fulfilment, shipping, marketing, legal responsibilities, disputes and warrant communications.
Marketing: We may on occasions send you information regarding new products, promotions, special offers and items we consider of interest. Should you wish not to receive these types of communications from us, please email sales@ocean-planet.co.uk using NO MAIL as the subject. We will then ensure your email address is removed from the marketing list.
You can at any point join or exit the marketing list by emailing us and requesting to join or exit, whichever is your choice.
Third Party Marketing: We do not currently use a third party for marketing, but should we use a third-party facility, we will obtain your express permission before we share your data with any company outside of our own.
Change of Purpose: We will only ever use your data for the purpose we collected it. Should we consider that we need to use your data for another reason, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so. Third party service providers, such as couriers, engineers and manufacturers. Data will only be shared for the purpose of conducting the task they are contracted to conduct such as deliveries, installations and warranty claims. We will only share limited data relating to the task of the contractor, such as name and address for delivery. Should the need arise for a further amount of information to be disclosed, we will seek your approval before we share this.

Ocean Planet Limited has in place procedures for any suspected data breach. Should this arise, we will notify you and the necessary regulator where legally required to do so.
