This roller blind and flyscreen combination is designed specifically for escape- and vintilation deck hatches. The thrusted, sleek design to maximize vision has altered hooks for durability and a strong and easy to reach adjustable sprins to manually reset the tensionof the screen. One side of the unit contains an automatic roller blind, the other side an automatic roller fly screen. The hatch can be blacked out by pushing the handle all the way to one side. Alternatively, by pushing the handle in the opposite direction, the blind retracts and the fly screen covers the aperture. Separating the magnetic clasp in the handles allows both the blind and the fly screen to retract automatically into their housings.
All housing parts are made from powder coated (off white) aluminium and will therefore last for years without discolouring. The blind and flyscreen are made from UV stabilised grey PVC coated material.
